Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. This policy explains what happens after cancellation.

How to cancel

  • Submit a cancellation request to support with your project ID.
  • We will confirm the effective date and access changes.
  • Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Data handling

After cancellation, we retain data for a limited period to allow export requests and to meet legal requirements. Data deletion can be requested after that window.

Reactivation

If you return to the service, you may receive a new tenant environment unless a prior instance is available.
